Graduate of Spa Tech Institute, Westbrook, ME. June 2005

Seeing the tremendous benefits massage has realized for both myself and my loved ones is what originally encouraged me to begin my massage therapy training. Noticing how massage is constantly evolving, (mainly through professional sports medicine research) continues my drive to pursue continuing education in different modalities as well as learning the newest, most effective techniques. 

Originally from Massachusetts, I enjoy the privilege of serving friends and neighbors located on the South Shore as well as in my home in Winthrop Maine. I enjoy travel, both for my clients and for continuing education. I look forward to opening offices in additional locations in the coming years!
